• April 17, 2009: Notification of paper acceptance
• May 1, 2009: Deadline ‘early’ registration
• May 6, 2009: Presenter has to be registered by this date in order for the paper to be included in the final program.
• June 24, 2009: Registration and welcome reception
• June 27, 2009: Conference ends
