Pierre Koning appointed special chair Labour Market and Social Security

Per 1 October Pierre Koning has been appointed special chair of 'Labour market and social security', embedded in our Department of Economics.

The chair is sponsored by the GAK foundation. Pierre’s main appointment is with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment, where he was recently appointed Chief Science Officer. Pierre’s main research work has been in the areas of labor markets, social security and reintegration.
