- The Department of Spatial Economics of VU University in Amsterdam offers a one-year Master of Science Program in Spatial, Transport and Environmental Economics (STREEM). It is of potential interest to students with a background not only in economics, but also in geography, transport science and related disciplines. - The Department of Transport and Regional Economics of the University of Antwerp organizes together with the universities of Rotterdam, Copenhagen, Venice an Barcelona the Postgraduate Master of Science (MSc) course 'Management of the European Metropolitan Region'. This advanced master course starts every year in early September and the duration of the Programme is one year. The language of instruction is English. - The Master Programme in Transport Systems at KTH aims to give the student a qualified specialist’s education in analysis, planning, assessment, design and control of transport systems at different spatial levels, with an emphasis on urban transport systems and their interaction with city and regional planning and development. - The Technische Universität München offers a Master of Science in Transportation Systems. A four semester (24 months) program aiming to provide students with the tools to design and operate modern transportation systems and integrated inter-modal transport management systems.
