Eveline van Leeuwen and Jasper Dekkers's paper: 'Off-farm income opportunities. A spatial microsimulation of Dutch Farmers' was awarded the Best Paper Award at RSAIBIS 2010.

Eveline van Leeuwen and Jasper Dekkers, assistant professors at the Department of Spatial Economics, were awarded the Best Paper Award for early career/doctoral students at the annual conference of the Regional Science Association International - British & Irish Section (RSAIBIS) held in Glasgow from 25-27 August 2010.
